Nokia N1 (Android Tablet) Review!

Nokia N1 Review!

Nokia N1 tablet

We've seen Nokia doing great in the smart phone section. Now they are finally out with their own android tablet, the Nokia N1! The Nokia N1 tablet is retailed around $249! which is approximately around Rs. 15500.

The N1 has a premium aluminium one piece design which provides a great feel in the hands. It has a smooth surface on the back tapped with nice rounded edges which makes it very pleasing to hold. The tablet layout is very familiar with volume rocker on the right and on the top side the headphone jack and the power button. On the bottom we have our dual speakers and the USB port. It weighs about 318 gms and has no sim slot.

Coming to the display it has a IPS LCD capacitive touch screen of 7.9 inch screen at a resolution of 1536x2048 pixels (324 PPI). It has got corning gorilla glass 3 and the colour production is very accurate.

Performance & Memory

It runs on Android v5.0 (Lollipop) and is powered with intel atom 23580 chipset with quad core 2.3 GHz. It has a 2GB RAM with 32 GB internal storage and no external memory card slot.

Camera & Battery

The camera sports a 8MP sensor in the back and a 5MP camera on the front. It produces pretty good looking images with warm colours. The battery is a non removable Li-ion 5300 MAh battery which would be enough for a usage of a day or two.

Our Verdict!

The Nokia N1 is a fine piece of hardware but it's really tough to judge without any Google play services. But at presently in the market the N1 is one the best android tablet as far as in the hardware department. Overall it's a pretty good one and would be recommend for many first time tablet users. We would love to hear your opinions about the Nokia N1! See you in the discussion section!
