XOLO has launched LT2000 for Rs. 9,999 directly in competition to Xiaomi Note 4G and YU Yureka. The handset is loaded with the latest Snapdragon 410 (64bit) processor with Adreno 306 GPU, putting it ahead ahead of the Mi and YU in terms of processing speed.

It has a 1GB DDR3 RAM which is much more powerful than the DDR2 RAM's and 30% more energy efficient. It has a 8MP BSI 2 camera on the back and 2MP camera on the front. A 5.5 inch HD display and a massive 2920 mAh battery to last for the whole day. It also has 8GB inbuilt and 32GB expandable storage. It comes with Android 4.4 (KitKat) upgradable to Android 5.0 (Lollipop).

Other notable features are USB-OTG, TDD and FDD bands to acess 4G LTE. XOLO has also introduced a new phonebook app called 6degrees which has the capability to auto update the details of people on our contact list and also search for numbers of restaurants, shops and pretty much any thing listed on the internet. The phone is available on leading online vendors like Flipkart, Amazon and Snapdeal.

It is worthwhile to note that LAVA, which is the parent company of XOLO has just crossed Micromax as the largest mobile company. Xiaomi, which has entered the Indian market less than a year back has become the number one player in the Indian 4G market, which clearly shows that customers are willing to buy from relatively new companies and ditch unreasonably priced products. It would be interesting to see how XOLO will fare against the current segment leader Xiaomi.
